Dog owner appeal

     On the 11/11/2025 police received an email from a concerned resident living in the area of Garway. 

🚨 Police Appeal for Dog Owner Details:

Location of Incident: Garway common / open area behind Fairview 

Date of incident: 10/11/2025
Time of Incident: 10am

Incident Summary:

Police are investigating an incident in which a member of the public was involved in an altercation with a dog. The dog was described as a Jack Russel, NFD given and was not accompanied by a known owner at the time of the incident. The member of the public did not sustain any injury however was made to feel fearful due to the dogs behaviour.
